Wow, a lot has happened since my last post here, more that usual i guess that's probably all the new experiences that come with going to university far away from home, well I completed my 2nd semester last month and even though i swore last time I wouldn't put my self under the pressure of working tot he very last minute it kinda happened again.. hahaha i guess i never learn. crazy though.

The semester was made up the same as the last where I has several assignments to complete all of them involving creating something.. remember that 3d room I did last time? [link] we had do something similar this time around except of a larger area, we had to do a scene, I chose to do the Urahara shop from bleach
I also got to use the unreal engine which is a dream to use compared to valves hammer engine that we used last semester, there were a few projects including one which was all drawing! I had to produce a portfolio-esque book of one character I chose to do Karin this girl here [link] i'll upload them all under the name Char design: Karin or something, i'm pretty proud of how some of the pictures turned out but the rest like elements of the other stuff I felt was kinda rushed so i'm not to happy with all of as much as i'd like... which is probably why when I handed all this stuff in it wast with as much confidence as i'd like but hey i'll be interested in everyone's opinions on it.

And now Uni is out and i'm back home In London , i'd been reading this manga called 20th century boys [link] (which I highly recommend) which i'd REAALLLY got into only to find out completely by accident stumbling through wikipedia that it has been made into a live action movie
I went down to see its uk premiere it out on the 4th at the london scifi film festival and it was great...the cinema had a bar.. that served alcohol which meant that the arsty film critic types who i'd seen last time I went to watch a Sakuran at the ICA became ACTUAL WINE SWIVELLING ARSTY TYPE FILM CRITICS, no joke there were groups of them standing around in the lobby discussing the films and I was like DID YOU SEE THE GIANT ROBUTS!?

“DID YOU SEE THE LAZERS?!”
good times..i was even verbally assaulted by a russian man on the train on the way home....good times..... after that day I got mysteriously ill though and was confined to my room for a week but I was able to make it to the expo! The whole even felt kinda scaled down and credit crunched though, but it was still good fun.
